Dagestan: fruit-growers overfulfiled plan of fruit harvesting

The growers have continued the harvesting of late varieties of fruit crops and thereby, increase the gross crop.

This year, the growers of the Republic had to harvest nearly 103.000 tonnes of fruits, but the plan was overfulfiled last week, reported RIA “Dagestan”.

As of October 13, 16.000 ha were harvested from the 22.800 ha of existence lands. The gross crop totals nearly 108.00 tonnes that is up 17 tonnes as compared to the same period of the last year. The average yield of this year increased by 10 c/ha from the last year index and totaled 67 c/ha.
